Thank you for visiting Dragon Dreamzzz. The Dancing Dragons studio is open for in-person NIA classes Saturdays 10-11am and Sundays 12-1pm through June 19, 2022. Preregistration is REQUIRED and cancellation will be time-sensitive. Classes will continue via ZOOM Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:15-10:15am. In person NIA classes offered Fridays (weather permitting) at Kathryn Albertson’s Park in the Eyrie Park pavilion 9am. Please visit www.brittavontagen.com for registration.

Welcome to Dragon Dreamzzz (formerly Integrate Boise)

We have changed the name of our website to more clearly reflect our evolving purpose.

Integrateboise.com was built in 2019 to support events at Dancing Dragons studio. We produced a calendar and advertising for classes (like Nia, yoga and meditation) aimed at mind, body, emotion and spirit integration. We also set up an e-commerce site — Dragon Dreamzzz — so we could raise funds for worthwhile endeavors. Then Covid hit and turned our world upside down … for a long time, the studio was closed.

Life teaches us to navigate successfully through unknown waters, by closely following the bubble line. With the studio channel closed, we looked to healthy bubble lines to guide us toward nurturing supporting our healthy community. By going with the flow:

Our community has expanded; no longer just a Boise group; our virtual presence extends around the globe.
Our online e-commerce store (Dragon Dreamzzz) is the primary feature we provide. So we are changing the name of our website to more clearly reflect our purpose.

Support our Dragon Dreamzzz Incubator Fund

Dragon Dreamzzz, our online store, sells unique products created by our community artists. A percentage of proceeds funds grants that help dreamers realize their visions. We call it our “dream incubator.”

We sell unique products from a variety of sources including area artisans we have come to know and love. We believe in eco-conscious consuming so we chose clothing, art, accessories, and other items made with care toward healing (not harming) our planet. We hope you’ll love them as much as we do. Profits go into our Dragon Dreamzzz Incubator fund. We use this to fund to help artisans realize their visions. Carol is grateful for the blessings she has received in life, and this is her way of paying it forward. For the coming year, our Incubator Fund Goal is $2,000. So help us out.
